Godwyn

My name is Godwin Taurayi Kusena.I was born on the 22 of April 1984 in Zimbabwe. I am currently a full time tennis coach, and really enjoy teaching others how to play the sport.
I started playing tennis at the age of six, and have had a love for the game ever since. At the tender age of 8 I started participating in tennis tournaments, and by the age of 16 I  was accepted to play in senior tournaments around the country.
After looking at young talented players, who really wanted to play tennis in schools, I decided to go into coaching as a profession. As a result of hard work and dedication to my coaching, I found myself enjoying my job, more than ever expected.
I have presently been coaching since 2004. I have coached  in several schools and clubs all over the country, and really enjoy sharing the experience with others.
I am committed to the game and  love to helping others make it happen.

Hi. My name is Tarisai Murindi. I was born on the 15th April 1980
I was born into a family of 8 and I am the third born amongst all girls.
I was born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe’s second largest city. I started playing tennis at the age of 12. In this same year I was selected to be the most improved player at my tennis club and the following year I won the U14 tennis tournament. At the same time I was called for the provincial soccer and tennis squad.
I opted for tennis and I did well for the province. In 1998 I was invited to play in Germany for 2 months in tournaments in Nagold and Esslingen. I reached the quarter finals. The standard was very high. After this I started coaching as my parents were unable to afford to send me to any tournaments.
I started coaching for a Development program where I assisted 6 schools each week. I was later assigned to a special school for under privileged children and orphans. I worked at the school for 6 years. In 5 of these years I won the Tennis Championship for the Private Schools. In the world of tennis I also officiated in Futures Tournaments and Davis Cup Ties.
I like watching soccer and my favourite team is Manchester United. I like reading, watching movies and playing soccer. I coach players from ages 4- adult; I look forward to working together with you as a team My friends call me TJ

I believe I have not only joined a professional team(family), however the essence formula is the love and compassion for the game & what they do as well as  their love for the children they are teaching. The team’s goals are GREATNESS, SUCCESS, DEDICATION & PASSION. The business owner(Michelle Joyce) has not only set very high standards, she still oozes the desire to teach, enlighten & encourage our younger , precious generation to become who they are & have fun.

My role will be to handle the co-ordination & administration of these young souls & their coaches, to ensure that all our juniors will advance mentally, physically & spiritually while staying fit & healthy as they have loads fun with each lesson. Encouraging bonding of all kiddies, building friendships & supporting one another even though they are advanced little souls. I look forward to this blessed journey, that very few souls will ever experience in this life time.
